Inspired by Serenade's spring entry, I went on a little spring tour as well after a MICR 222 lab which included cheese tasting. I was in a brilliant mood. Not only was the weather splendid, but eating was included in an academic course that was not food science. With my old flatmate and a current one which we ran into at the beginning of this short expedition, we walked around our campus to do some cherry blossom viewing.

On the way back from campus, upon talking about how nice the little walk was and how sleepy some of us were from the long day, the subject of ice cream popped in. Walking by a dairy that supplied ice cream, it would have been a sin to not go in to buy one. So in exchange for $2.50, I had in my hands a small mint choc ice cream with a heart on top! The ice cream took a whole 30 minutes to finish.
